It is very good theoretical and valuable to research the quality control of Tanreqing injection of medicinal formulations by near-infrared spectroscopy technology. In this paper, a method was founded to identify the similarity of medicinal quality by near-infrared spectroscopy rapidly. The atlas of high-quality ingredients as the control, the atlas of drug in herbs by near-infrared spectroscopy was collected, and the similarity discriminant model was established. It was proved that the model was very good to use for judging the quality of medicine by experiment, it was also applied for identification the discriminant similarity of the Chinese medicines. The concentration of bear bile powder tauroursodeoxycholic taurocholic acid and deoxycholic-acid was determinated by Near Infrared Spectroscopy. The method of partial least-squares(PLS) was used to establish quantitative calibration models through the calibration set root mean square deviation (RMSEC) evaluation of the model fitting results. The internal cross-validation mean square error (RMSECV) was used to evaluate the quality of calibration model to predict root mean square error (RMSEP) evaluation model ability to predict unknown samples. Through the optimization of the model, results that the model predicted are very close to analysis results by HPLC, and the method can be used for the rapid analysis of component content from bear bile powder.A method was developed to determinate the water content of the four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine forsythia, honeysuckle, bear bile powder by Near Infrared Spectroscopy. The spectra was pretreated with the MSC, Savitzky-Golay smoothing combining first derivative.Using PLS method established quantitative calibration models. Through the root mean square prediction error (RMSEP) examined the model's predictive power of the unknown samples. The model can be used for rapid and accurate determination of the moisture content of medicinal herbs. |
