Tissue engineering is the recent development of a new discipline, with tissue engineering and rapid prototyping technology continues to evolve, the use of rapid prototyping technology to produce bone graft substitute, to provide for the cells similar to natural phrenology microenvironment, thus contributing to vascular graft as soon as possible deepening of the study. Bone tissue engineering scaffold design and manufacturing technology is the important area of tissue engineering. In bone tissue engineering scaffold design, the internal micro-pore system of the shape, size and distribution directly affect the quality of bone, so the internal structure of holes in the rational design of layout is especially important.This paper is in the Hebei Province Natural Science Foundation support, the first use of PROE software through the observation of bone tissue sections of bone tissue micro-data-aided design three-dimensional reconstruction, combined with knowledge of the dynamics of blood vessels and vascular branching structure of domestic and foreign research results, theoretical analysis of the structure of holes in the angle of the bifurcation problem of pipeline, and the size of the internal pore structure, shape and manner of the rehearsal space preliminary design, so some very promising for bone tissue engineering scaffold structure within the holes in three-dimensional structural map.Secondly, using large-scale commercial computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT, the use of numerical analysis were carried out on three kinds of structural analysis of fluid dynamics were obtained velocity and pressure curves, more directly reflect the different structures within the flow chart , analyze and summarize their advantages and disadvantages, and the prospect of its development trend. Finally, one-way flow simulation for the ideal structure of the scaffold holes were characteristics of liquid-solid two-phase flow, Obtained the cells concentration distribution of different structures, compared to portray the state of the fluid support, pressure distribution and possible blockage of the regional location.The topic of tissue engineering scaffolds for the rapid prototyping provides the design basis, design best environmental for the organization of cell growth and proliferation, which for our further understanding of the scaffold technology and optimized design of great help.
