Clinical Observation Of Tanreqing Injection On The Treatment Of Patients Performed Pneumonectomy

Among the patients performed pneumonectomy, the elderly and especially the elderly who got lung cancer took a large part. Because they have low immunity and they are always combined with many underlying diseases. Due to various reasons, after the surgery many complications are likely to occur, such as pneumonia, atelectasis, which can all affect postoperative recovery. Moreover, postoperation is likey to enhance the secretion hyperfunction of bronchus, which will result in thick sputum, accumulation, sputum excretion difficulties, hence the infection opportunity will increase. For the purpose of promote postoperative recovery and reduce complications after surgery, the paper explores the clinical application and effect of tanreqing injection on patients performed pneumonectomy.The paper chooses 97 patients performed pneumonectomy then divided them into experimental group (48 cases) and control group (49 cases). All the patients were injected Toubaopaitong through intravenous drip. The patients in the experimental group were treated with additional Tanreqing injection. Then the paper makes a comparative analysis on the main clinical symptoms, physical signs, blood test, time of chest tube removal and extraction content of thoracic fluid, and complications such as pneumonia, atelectasis. The results indicated that the temperature and white cell count as well as extraction content of thoracic fluid of the patients of the experimental group was remarkably lower than that of the controls, there was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05). The occurrence rate of atelectasis in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The begma of the patients in the experimental group was not thick and easy to come out. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Tanreqing injection is quite effective in treating the patients performed pneumonectomy, which is safe and reliable. promote the patients recover smoothly. It can be routinely applied to induce the complications after pneumonectomy.
