Studies On Preparation Technology, Quality Standard And Preliminary Pharmacodynamic Of Qixian Granules

Chronic urticaria is a common irritability dermatosis,clinical main performance is skin appear red or white rash pieces,attack suddenly and no fixed place,itch reckless,also with happen abdominal pain,diarrhea,even shock,menace people's life and health seriously. So it is become a task for medical to develop a safe and effective present,can seasonable eliminate urticaria symptoms,prompt the patient resumed as soon as possible,and can cure urticaria drugs.The research is based on definite effect clinical experience prescription.According to various kinds of medicinal prescription in the compatibility of the analysis and major effective component physicochemical properties of the analysis. Investigated the prescription of extracting process,pharmaceutical technology,established quality standards,and made a preliminary pharmacodynamics study.Used orthogonal test method,ottelia alismoides rate and index concentrations as evaluation index to investigate influence the factors of herbs extraction,optimizated the best extraction technology; used qualified percentage of particle size,appearance shape and rest angle as index to investigated the influence of accessories and other factors for the optimum proeessing technology,screened best molding process of the formulations, conducted pilot enlargement test to verify the selected process. The ingredients of Astragaloside IV and Chlorogenic acid has been carried out by HPLC,and honeysuckle flower,Scutellaria baicalensis was identified by TLC. Then the research of preliminary pharmacology experimental was fulfilled on the basis of controllable quality standard. The granules had satisfactory effect on the model of allergic itchy skin and skin late hairstyle allergy mice in certain doses.The standard of the granules was controllable and the pharmic effect of the sample was well. The results of this study could establish stable foundation for further clinical research.
