Research On The Relationship Between Emotional Factors (Fear) And The Obstruction Of The Endotheliumderived Relaxing Function Causing Hypertension In An Early Phase

Objective: To discuss the relationship between the fear factor and the vasoendothelial dialating function in the early stage of hypertension, by observing the mechnicism of the disorders of the vasoendothelial dialation of the patients,who suffer from hypertension,and the spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) .Methods: This study is divided into 2 parts:Animal experiments and experiments of human stimulated by emotions. Both the patients with fear tendency and those without it are requested to watch a horror movie before their vasoendothelial dialating function are observed. The influence of the emotion of fear on the vasoendothelial dialating function of the SHR could be observed by the method of Takashi.Then the practitioners set up a database to analyze all results of the index of the study in the way of samples T test statistical analysis with the SPSS16.0 statistic software.Results: Consequences of the clinical observation:There are changes in the blood pressure of the observed patients with hypertension after stimulation of the emotion of fear,which have statistical significance.But there is little influence of the fear tendency on the early stage of hypertension .The level of NO and ET of the patients without fear tendency before they watch the horror movie is significantly lower than the patients with fear tendency(P <0.01) ,so does the result after they watch the movie. The level of NO and ET of the patients without fear tendency is significantly higher than the result of after they watch a movie (P <0.01) ,and so dose the paitents with fear tendency.The results of animal experiments:The freezing time of the group of rats with fear is different from control groups that rats without fear remarkably(P <0.01).The level of ET,VCAM-1,sICAM of WKY which bloodpressure is normal is lower than the control group of SHR ,however,the NO is lower,both the differences are significant (P <0.01) .The level of NO and ET of SHR with stimulation of electricity is higer than (P <0.05),which has statistic influence,however,the level of VCAM-1,sICAM of SHR with stimulation of electricity is higher too,which dose not have statistic influence(P >0.05).The level of ET,VCAM-1,sICAM is higher than WKY ,however the level of NO is lower than WKY,both the results have statistic influence(P <0.01). The scanning of electromicroscope showed that the patterns of the thoracic aorta endothelial cell of the three group of rats are different,particularly, compare with the other two groups, the thoracic aorta endothelial cell of the rats with the emotion of fear is damaged more seriously and fall off more utterly,the sediment wraped by more interweaving fibrous material which is various lengths and thicknesses,which is on the surface of the endodermis.Conclusion: The emotion of fear could influence the dialating function of the vascular endothelium in the early stage of hypertension.
