After the reform and open policy, our country established the system of socialist market economy progressively , public medical institutions faced various challenges in operation and development. How to realize social benefit and economic benefit of unity, already let the social public fully enjoying the fairness, accessibility, rationality of medical services, and can ensure the normal operation of the public medical institutions and sustainable development, it is the deepening reform of medical care system in the problem to be solved.Salary management is the core of the human resource management of the modern medical institutions. Perfect salary management, can greatly develop the medical staff, mobilize the enthusiasm of their potential. However, at present, China's most public medical institutions still practise a system of salary grade, is lack of flexibility and incentive, and has great limitation, can't adapt to the development of modern public medical institutions needs. Explore to establish a suitable for social development salary system, improve the public medical institutions salary management become an urgent task.This thesis takes the salary reform of public medical institutions in our country in recent years as the background, applies the theory of salary, and uses literature analysis and interview survey methods, with the help of a questionnaire, surveys the current situation of salary management and the medical staff's expectation at public medical institutions in Deyang. On the basis of empirical investigation, this paper summarizes some questions of salary management, and analyzes the reason, analyzes the medical staff's expectation for salary management at the same time. On the basis of empirical investigation and analysis, this paper proposes some suggestions to improve the salary management in public medical institutions, the suggestion include the specific count measure and the measure for support.
