Aims: Study of formononetin hyperlipemia rats to ovarian tissue in the hippocampus tau protein adjustment, to investigate the senile dementia and hyperlipidemia.Methods: The 40 successfully ovariectomized wistar rats were randomly divided into four: the model group, Nilestriol group, low dose of thorns formononetin group, high dose of thorns formononetin group, 10 in each group. Another 10 wistar rats were randomly selected for the sham group.JiaShouShu group were opened abdominal, small fat around the ovary were removed after the ball off abdomen;The model group, and group etidronic formononetin low dose group and high dose group were executed bilateral oophorectomy.
