Biological modeling and computer simulation techniques has been becoming more and more important methods to simulating biological processes with the development of system biology, and they could support the researches on medicine and pharmacy forcefully. Translating the mechanism of vivo experiments to the mathematical model abstractly, is one of the major assignment of the system biology and bioinformatics. What's more, making these mathematical model to be shown and enforced visually, has already becoming a powerful method to simulating biological network, which could be operated but not easy for biology vivo experiments.There have been lots of research of the mechanism of cell cycle. However, new experiment conclusion had been appeared until recently. Some miRNA, which is non-coding RNA, was already confirmed to participate in the regulation of cellular network, for example, cell cycle network. This article integrates most recent discoveries of biological experiments'conclusion, and combines these conclusion to the pre-existing cell cycle models, and puts some miRNA to the model qualitatively,too. What's more, we design expandable clock model, which is qualitative reasonable, and could simulate the cell cycle network preferably. Then we simulate the more perfect model with the help of CellMatlab software, which can confirms this model. Through a series of simulation experiments, we calculate that in the condition of the suppression of miRNA, the target mRNA of the miRNA will promotes each other, and the miRNA has the saturation to the target mRNA, which is the same to the system of the cell cycle network.The mechanisms of cell apoptosis network have still been discussed, and p53 resides in the core position of the upstream of the network. More over, some research indicated that, there might be close relationship between cell cycle network and cell apoptosis network. Therefore, the relationship between them has important meanings to treat for cancers in the field of medical. This article observe and study the relationship between p53, an important trascription factor in the core of cell apoptosis network, and E2F, another important trascription factor in the core of cell cycle network, and establishes a negative feedback model for them gradually and abstractly. By the way of analysising steady state in the foundation of the nagetive feedback model, we deduce and disscuss the influence of the passage of p53 inhabiting E2F for the conditions of cell. Then with the help of CellMatlab software platform, we design some simulate experiments, and calculate that p53 and E2F cooperates with each other to influence cell status. More over, by the way of simulate experiments, we analysis the non-steady state, and conclude the double function of p53, an Oncogene and a Tumor Suppressor. Finally we summarize some qualitative methods to inhabiting tumor cell, which are in the condition of the expression of E2F correspond relative cell status.
