Clinical Study Of Panax Notoginseng Saponins Jointing Aspirin's Anti-thrombosis Treatment

Objictive:This study selected notoginseng saponins (PNS)joint aspirin and use of aspirin alone or notoginseng saponins for the treatment of thrombosis, aims to observe its blood rheology and the end point of the effects of the event of safe and effective, and this paper discusses the effects of the event of PNS joint aspirn for the incresction of ten clinical curative effect,application of the reduction of the adverse reactions and the incidence,cardio-cerebrovascular events, expecting the proposed joint control schemes.Metehods: The 81 cases 0f clinically diagnosed as elderly patients with coron- ary heart disease (CHD) was divided into three groups randomly, including as- pirin group, 28 cases, 100mg/d PO.;PNS group of 26 cases, 200mg general o- ral panax notoginseng, tid ,PO.and Sanqi ( panax notoginseng) saponins joint aspirin 27 cases,the jointed use of aspirin 100mg/d PO,and panax notoginsen- g 200mg, tid PO. Three groups were observed for six months. Three groups w- ere observed sickness′S change, detection prothrombin time (PT), prothrom- bin time international standardization ratio (PT - INR), D - dimers (D - D), plate- let aggregation function (PAgT), allergic c-reactive protein (CRP) and the cha- nge of EKG. And to do bolld rution ,urine routine,feces routine , feces occult bl- ood as well as liver and kidney function tests,statistical analysis to determine the efficacy and safety.Results: Clinical observation found that three groups all can improve patients with symptomatic, significantly extend PT, reduce PT - INR, D - D, PAgT, hs– CRP and noticeably improve electrocardiogram. Three groups of comparison, notoginseng saponins prolonged PT effect is better than aspirin group and the joint group, the PAg - T of aspirin group was lower than PNS group.The joint group extending PT– INR and reducing the PAg-T is obviously superior to aspirin or notoginseng saponins alone. and other indicators no obvious difference between the three groups. Three groups of patients′S blood and urine, defecate routine, liver, kidney work no ch- ange before and after the observation. Three groups compared adverse react- ion between and destination event rates there were no obvious difference.Concousion: Clinical observation results show that PNS joint aspirin antiplatelet effect is obviously superior to PNS group or aspirin group , but it don't increase the incidence of aderse events,It has good curative effect and security.. The antithrombotic drug selection for clinical pr- ovides the basis.
