Investigation Of Endoscopic Syndrome Differentiation Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:The text mainly studies the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medieine syndromes about endoscopic observation of chronic atrophic gastritis membrane reflection,and explores the relationship with Helicobacter pylor(Hp),histopathological changes,tongue conditions. Summary underendoscopic the dialectical law of chronic atrophic gastritis ,and provide objective evidence to construct the treatment of diseases,and perfect Chinese medicine dialectical system.Methods:I will select 156 cases of CAG patients met the inclusion criteria, and record their clinical Traditional Chinese Medieine syndromes and dialectically analyze these datas,and evidenee-based distribution,aswellasage, endoscopic observation of chronic atrophic gastritis membrane changes and Helicobacter pylori(Hp) and other relevantfactors using SPSS 16.0 statistical software analysis.Results:Clinical studies the frequency of syndrome types:Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach (including the cold)(30.1%),Hepatogastrie not type(19.2%),Llack of Stomach Yin type(16.7%),Damp-heat in Spleen and Stomach(9.0%),Spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation(13.5%),Blood stagnation of the Stomach(11.5%).1.Endoscopic relationship with the syndrome:mucous membrane with red and white separately by white mainly: Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach (including the cold) is separatly compared with five other kind of syndrome types, the differences are statically significant (P<0.05); Plicate mucous membrane Flatten or disappeared: Llack of Stomach Yin type is separatly compared with five other kind of syndrome types, the differences are statically significant (P<0.05); Mucous membrane with sight of blood vessels, gray, rough, granule sample unevenness, nodular bulge,six syndrome types is separatly compared with each other, the differences are not statically significant(P>0.05);with corrupt Mucous membrane: Damp-heat in Spleen and Stomach is separatly compared with five other kind of syndrome types, the differences are statically significant (P<0.05);with flowed bile: Hepatogastrie not type is separatly compared with five other kind of syndrome types,the differences are statically significant (p<0.05 or P<0.01);with hemorrhagic spot and Mucous membrane red swelling,six syndrome types is separatly compared with each other, the differences are not statically significant(P>0.05);with Intestinal Metaplasia(IM):deficiency of Spleen and Stomach (including the cold) is most by 12.8%, Llack of Stomach Yin type(9%);with DysPlasia(DYS),Blood stagnation of the Stomach is most by 6.4%. Helicobacter pylori(Hp) is positive with Damp-heat in Spleen and Stomach most(92.9%); the frequency of tongue texture:Dan Hong>Hong>An Hong >Zi An;the frequency of tongue fur:Bao Bai>Huang Ni>Bao Huang>Shao or Bo Tai>Bai Tai.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medieine syndromes of CAG are connected with endoscopic chronic atrophic gastritis membrane reflection, histopathological changes,tongue conditions.There are some regular patterns in these connections.
