Results:95 patients were involved in statistical analysis, the results showed (1) the range of motion and rest, sports visual analogue score of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); (2) experimental group after the surgery cumulative use less analgesic medicine than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Total knee arthroplasty in perioperative medicine combined program can improve pain in patients, reduce the cumulative postoperative analgesic consumption, and promote early postoperative recovery of knee joint activity.
