Objective:To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of DAPK1,RARβand APC in thyroid carcinoma.Methods:1. In this study, three kinds of tumor suppressor genes and abnormal gland cancer methylation genes such as DAPK1,RARβand APC,are selected,which have already been confirmed.2. Immunohistochemical stain was used to determine the protein expression of these genes in 63 cases of thyroid cancers,21 cases of thyroid adenoma,13 cases of hashimoto's thyroiditis,10 cases of nodular goiter and 12 cases of normal thyroid tissue. Results:1. The variance of DAPK1's protein expression has statistical significance in the thyroid gland various pathological tissues (P<0.05), protein expression was followed by normal thyoid tissue (83.3%, 10/12)>nodular goiter (60%,6/10)>hashimoto's thyroiditis (53.8%,7/13)>thyroid adenoma (47.6%,10/21)>thyroid cancer (28.6%,18/63); 2. The variance of RARβ's protein expression has statistical significance in the thyroid gland various pathological tissues (P<0.05), protein expression was followed by hashimoto's thyroiditis (23.1%,3 /13)0.05),and from total not significant change tendency; 4. There are statistical significance that DAPK1 and RARβis to clinical stage and lymphnode metastasis in thyroid cancer; 5. The protein expression of DAPK1,RARβand APC are nothing to do with age, gender and ethnic (P>0.05); 6.The expression of DAPK1 in thyroid cancer was positively correlated with the expression of APC (r=0.445,0.4 |
