The Survey On Status Investigation And Analysis Of Xinjiang Comprehensive Hospital Medical Department

Objective:To investigated the status of Health Managing Divisions in comprehensive hospitals in Xinjiang, existing primary^ secondary and tertiary medical units, and to compare and identify among them, in order to find the problems, and recommendations, appropriate measures for improving the basis, promoting of the rapid harmonious development among Health Managing Divisions for future in Xinjiang. Methods:By stratified sampling method,collected a total of 14 primary comprehensive hospitals,43 secondary comprehensive hospitals,18 tertiary comprehensive hospitals, and a questionnaire survey among them. Results:1.Basic situation:Business area conforms to the requirement that no less than 400m2; 46.67 percent institutions meet the requirement that "medical department should have two practicing doctors with medical or surgical subtropical high above title at least";22.67 percent institution meet the requirement that "with ten or more registered nurse";the mean number of participated in Health Managing Divisions for training were two; physical capacity of up to 50,000 people, at least were 200 people.2.Business case:more than 50.00 percent bodies availabled Health Management's follow-up.3.Operational status:52.00 percent of organization's principal business sources were active contact;70.67 percent of the body's primary payment method were unit of reimbursement; the most important issue were both the human resources were scarce and lacking of social awareness; the most important needs were related to the development of policy guidance, investment and personnel training. Conclusion:The government regulation guidance and support have to be strengthen, distribute properly of health resources, and strengthen industry regulation; better personnel training, in the meanwhile, the founder respective hospital of Health Manage Divisions have to pay attention to industry standards, effectively improve and enrich the services of Health Managing Divisions, increase the intensity of health education and the cooperation implementation of health management at all levels, make a key role in sustainable development of Health Manage industry, promote the harmonious development of Health Managing industry in Xinjiang.
