Objective:To Analysis the difference of Bacteroides(Bacteroidetes), Firmicutes (Fir-micutes) and Bacteroides/Firmicutes (Bact/Firm) of intestinal flora between overweight /obesity and normal weight Kazakh school age children in Yili Xinjiang. Methods:Used the quantitative PCR (Q-PCR) to detect Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes counts and Bact/Firm value of intestinal flora in 84 cases of overweight/obesity weight of school-age children (overweight/obese group) and 84 cases in the normal weight school-age children(normal group) and analysised Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes counts and Bact/Firm value in the two groups and the difference between the two groups. Results:(1)The Bacteroidetes were fewer than the Firmicutes in the overweight/obese group;(2)The Bacteroidetes, the Firmicutes and Bact/Firm did not change significantly between the overweight/obese group and the normal group;(3)Of overweight/obese group, stratified by overweight and obesity, found that①he Bacteroidetes of obese were fewer than overweight and normal groups;②The Firmicutes were not differences between obese, overweight and normal groups;③The Bact/Firm were fewer than overweight groups and normal groups.(4)Gender and Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes and Bact/Firm of overweight/obesity did affect whether or not there is interaction. (5)Of overweight/obese the Bacteroidetes, the Firmicutes and Bact /Firm and the corresponding Spearman correlation with BMI value analysis showed:BMI value and the Bact/Firm had a certain degree of negative correlation. (6)Used the BMI value as the dependent variable, the Bacteroidetes, the Firmicutes and Bact/Firm as an independent to variable line multiple linear regression analysis, Bacteroidetes and the Firmicutes that entered the regression equation. Conclusi- ons:①The reduce of Bacte-roidetes and Bact/Firm relations between the occurrence of obesity in Kazak school-age children in Xinjiang Yili;②This study did not find the Firmicutes has a relationship with obesity in Kazak school-age children in Xinjiang Yili.③In the process of overweight to obesity, the Firmicutes in the Intestinal flora is not been on the increase.④Overweight Kazak school age children in Xinjiang Yili also appeared in the change of intestinal flora, that the Bacteroidetes and the Firmicutes has decreased, but the real cause of overweight may occur by the increases of Bact/Firm of intestinal flora.⑤Gender and Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes and the Bact/Firm of overweight/obesity did affect whether or not there is interaction, under the same conditions, the reduce of Bacteroidetes more accessible for girls weight gain.
