Clinic trials objective:From Dec 2009 to October Sept 2010, prolapsed of lumbar intervertebral disc in the affiliated hospital of Shandong academy of medical science were retrospectively studied to objectively evaluate the curation effect of the non-surgical treatment, and followed up for 3-6 months to assess long-term effect of non-surgical treatment, and to discuss the function mechanism of non-surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation in order to provide the reference for clinical treatment in the future.Trials Method:Screening the treated patients in our hospital's inpatient department during December 2009 to September 2010 who have the complete medical records and were diagnosed clearly and accepted the non-surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and still coordinated in the long-term track, this study chose them as this group's object of study. The 111 cases of patients will be randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(55cases of the treatment group and control group of 56cases).The treatment group combines 3D sentinel balance adjust spinal on LDH。The control group used lumbar traction and culvfensuan tablet treatment.Six weeks is a treatment course. The tracking divides for 3months and 6 months. It will use low back pain score standards of Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA Score),two groups of patients through the use of score and improve the rate calculation methods, observation and comparison of two groups of lumbar disc herniation by the different treatment of patients after treatment and long—term effect,From the experimental data with SPSS 12.0 statistical software package handling.Trials Result:After treatment, the efficiency of two groups of patients in the clinical are remarkable, the treatment and control groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);each indicator of two groups has distinct improvement, there are obvious difference between indicators before and after treatment(P<0.01),they had no significant difference between indicators of low back pain, leg pain or numbness, straight leg raising test, lower extremity muscle tone, lower limb skin sensation, daily life of the improvement (P>0.05);The observed results of two groups around treatment in patients lumbago score (JOA Score)and improvement rate indicated that the two treatment methods can significantly improved the symptoms of patients in lumbar disc herniation, and the two methods did not show advantage and weaknesses. The tracking result of two groups around treatment indicated two groups of patients'long—term results have no significant difference(P>0.05).Trials Conclusion:For the patients of lumbar disc herniation if choose the appropriate indications, symptoms of most patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital taken by the two non-surgical treatment methods can significantly be improved or reduced, its long-term effect could also make patients satisfied. It showed that the non-surgery application to treat lumbar disc herniation is useful, and worthy to promote basic research and clinical applications.
