| Objective:We simulate the different Moxa-smog environment. To study the effect of Moxa-smog to Mouse lung and lung microcirculation, For the safe use of acupuncture and moxibustion clinic to provide reference.Methods:According to clinic size and how much moxa use, we simulate different Moxa-smog environment for Mouse.The mice divided into Control group,the Low concentration and 4week group,the middle concentration and 4week group,the High concentration and 4week group,the middle concentration and 2week group,the middle concentration and 1week group.We measured platelett by automatic blood cell, observed changes of lung Pathology,and determined SP-A,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αcontent in lung tissue by ELISA..Result:1 Influence of lungThere was no abnormal in the Control group, the middle 2 group, the Low 4 group.and the High 4 group.There were Angioedema and bronchial edema in the middle 1 group,There were Bronchitis, congestion and bronchial in the middle 4 group.2 Influence of PlateletPlatelet content of each concentration group more than that of the control group,and the lower 4 group is very high significantly different (P<0.001),the middle 4 group is high significantly different (P<0.01),the high-4 group is significantly different (P<0.05)Compared with the control group,Platelet content of the middle 4 group and the middle 2 group increased,with high significant difference (P<0.01),There was no statistical significance in the middle 1 group (P>0.05) but having decreasing trend.3 Content of SP-A in lung tissue Compared with the control group,There was no statistical significance in the Lower 4 group and the High 4 group(P>0.05); the middle 4 group increased, with significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,There was no statistical significance in the middle 1 group and the middle 2 group;the middle 4 group increased,with significant difference (P<0.05).4 Content of TXB2 in lung tissueCompared with the control group,There was no statistical significance in the lower 4 group and the High 4 group (P>0.05);the middle 4 group decreased,with significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the middle 1 group increased,with significant difference (P<0.05);There was no statistical significance in the middle 2 group (P>0.05)but having decreasing trend;the middle 4 group decreased,with significant difference (P<0.05).5 Content of 6-Keto-PGFla in lung tissueCompared with the control group,There was no statistical significance in the lower 4 group and the High 4 group (P>0.05);the middle 4 group increased,with significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the middle 1 group Decreased,with significant difference (P<0.05);There wasno statistical significance in the middle 2 group (P>0.05) but having decreasing trend;the middle 4 group increased, with significant difference (P<0.05).6 Ratio of TXB2/6-Keto-PGFlaCompared with the control group,There was no statistical significance in the lower 4 group and the High 4 group (P>0.05);the middle 4 group decreased,with significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the middle 1 group increased,with significant difference (P<0.05);There was no statistical significance in the middle 2 group (P>0.05)but having decreasing trend;the middle 4 group Decreased,with significant difference (P<0.05). |
