Objective:To investigate the evaluation and adverse reaction of therapeutic effect of stageâ… b-â…¡b cervical carcinoma by preoperative percutaneous femoral artery interventional embolization of uterine artery. Methods:Select 65 casesâ… b-â…¡b cervical carcinoma patients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University during April 2001 to September 2010 who treated with preoperative percutaneous femoral artery interventional embolization of uterine artery. Of which 46 cases were conducted operation of radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection during 21-28 days after treatment. About the clinical symptoms, tumor resolve and adverse reaction conditions by patients after the treatment of percutaneous femoral artery puncture for uterine artery embolization intervention and chemotherapy were observed. Results: After the treatment of percutaneous femoral artery puncture for uterine artery embolization intervention and chemotherapy, there have 56 cases of complete remission of clinical symptoms(CR), 8 cases were relieved(PR),and the remission rate as high as 98.46%.In the research, the total effective rate of recently is 80.00% ,including CR 3 cases (4.61%), PR 27 cases (41.53%), MR (Improvement) 22 cases (33.84%).In the 56 cases, there have 46 patients (82.14%) with satisfactory radical hysterectomy andpelvic lymph node dissection. The treatment of percutaneous femoral artery puncture for uterine artery embolization intervention and chemotherapy has less adverse reactions, mild and less serious complications. Conclusion: The treatment of percutaneous femoral artery puncture for uterine artery embolization intervention and chemotherapy ofâ… b-â…¡b cervical carcinoma have some short-term effect. It can relieve symptoms, effectively reduce the tumor, make some patients ofâ…¡b received surgical treatment after the reduction stage, make part of the bulkyâ… b andâ…¡a patients easy to surgery, and improve the efficacy. The treatment of percutaneous femoral artery puncture for uterine artery embolization intervention and chemotherapy is one effective means of comprehensive treatment of cervical carcinoma. |
