| Objective:The clinical research method, combining Chinese and Western Systems Research patellar flexion and extension techniques for knee arthritis in clinical efficacy. Combination of literature studies on the mechanism of manipulation therapy for clinical treatment of the disease more feasible and effective method.Methods:A total of 60 cases of the object, a simple randomly divided into treatment group (A group), the control group (B group), n=30. A group received manual therapy patellar flexion and extension research, combined with glucosamine hydrochloride oral tablets; B group with oral administration of glucosamine tablets, two groups were the same in the treatment of functional exercise. Implementation of the treatment for 6 weeks, observed before and after treatment in patients with improvement of symptoms,2,4,6 weeks and record the phase WOMAC scores and clinical symptoms Scores and statistical analysis.Results:The two groups of patients before treatment, gender, age, disease duration, WOMAC score and clinical symptoms showed no significant difference in scores, comparable. Week of the experiment, two groups of 2,4,6 WOMAC scores and clinical symptoms score significantly lower than before treatment, the treatment group decreased significantly, between the two groups there was a significant difference. The total evaluated after 6 weeks of treatment efficacy:A total effective rate was 96.67%, B group, the total effective rate was 76.67%, P<0.01, two groups had significant statistical difference. Conclusion:The patellar flexion and extension research methods combined with oral glucosamine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis a significant effect, and the raapid onset and short term relief of clinical pain and stiffness symptoms, improve activities of joint function was significantly better than oral hydrochloride glucose tablets in the treatment group.
