TCM therapy for asthma has rich theoretical basis and practical experience, but often focus on the research of remission, Chinese medicine in the treatment of the whole scheme disease less effect assessment. This study in optimization old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of asthma, based on the effective scheme by prospective clinical observation research, an objective evaluation of TCM sequential therapy asthma symptoms improve, pulmonary function changes, survival quality improvement and safety for TCM therapy, provide clinical evidence of asthma.MethodsAdopt forward-looking itself clinical observation research methods, before in December 2009,January 2011 at guangdong hospital of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of internal medicine clinic for breathing "kechuanluo decoction" bronchial asthma syndrome) of patients for research object. Result1. General situation analysis:a total of 38 patients, into the age of 15-69 years old distribution (x±s=39.5±14.3), Course in 4months-15 years (x±s=37.2±44.0); Acute episode of 30 patients in a chronic duration, 8 cases; Disease classification for grade 1 grade 20 case,10 cases, grade 3 28 patients.2. Xiao disease symptom score comparison:asthma medicine in the treatment of TCM symptom scores declined during each point, before and after treatment, a statistically significant difference compared (P<0.05); Tip this treatment can reduce asthma; reduce the TCM symptom scores clinical symptoms.3.
