The Clinical Reserch Of The Combination Of Sodium Aescinate For Injection And Melilotus Extract Tablets On Edema Of Crissum Which Has Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy comparison of The combination of Sodium Aescinate for injection and Melilotus Extract Tablets on edema of crissum which has mixed hemorrhoid surgery, primarily explore the possible mechanisms. Providing the reference of the improvement of the medical trouble exchange, the curative effect synthesis judgment, instructing the clinical decision-making, and increasing the patients' quality of life.[Methods] Firstly, we choose 60 mixed hemorrhoids patients who conform to the research diagnosis standard, inclusion and exclusion standard. Then the patients were divided into three groups, Control group A, Control group B, Treatment group C. After mixed hemorrhoid surgery, A group were cured by the intravenous injection of Sodium Aescinate, B group were cured by Melilotus Extract Tabletsm, C group were cured by the combination of Sodium Aescinate for injection and Melilotus Extract Tablets. Three groups of treatment courses were one week. Finally, observating and recording change situation of three groups'edema of crissum. Coordinating the relative information and using SPSS 13.0 for statistical treatment three groups of patients.[Results] The al 160 example patients complete the treatment Comparing the patients'sex and age, the difference had not significant differernce (P>0.05).After treatment, the dropsy volume difference and The dropsy integral difference between three groups, had statistics significance (P<0.05).And the ache symptom difference had not significant differernce (P>0.05). Findings prompt that C group'clinical efficacy on edema of crissum which has mixed hemorrhoid surgery Overmatched the other groups. [Conclusion] The combination of Sodium Aescinate for injection and Melilotus Extract Tablets on edema of crissum which has mixed hemorrhoid surgery has the good clinical function, and not obvious untoward effect. It is one security effective method of treatment.
