OBJECTIVE As the hot-film anemometry the gold standard detection methods, through animal experiments to prove the method of color Doppler echocardiography combined with computerized image analysis was accurative and reliable. To research the effects of hemodynamics downstream of artificial heart valves with the different peservation subvalvular apparatus groups.METHOD To establish pig model of mitral valve replacement, using two different methods respectively to measure TSS downstream flow field of pig mitral valve at the same time the same location directly and indirectly, compare the two results related or not.Evaluate hemodynamics better or not downstream of artificial heart valves with the different peservation subvalvular apparatus groups.RESULTS 1. the size of TSS at the same time, the same point measured by the two methods was significant related (r=0.94); no significant difference (P> 0.05).2. TSS in the core area sites downstream of the same artificial valve replacement with different peservation subvalvular apparatus groups was no significant difference (P>0.05), TSS in the boundary location was no significant difference between the groups of preservation of subvalvular apparatus and non-preservation groups(P> 0.05), TSS in the boundary location was significant difference between the groups of preservation of total subvalvular apparatus and non-preservation or preservation of posterior subvalvular apparatus group (P<0.05), TSS in the boundary with the group of preservation of total subvalvular apparatus was higher than in the other two groups. safe,non-invasive,accurative and repeatable, could reflect the situation in the downstream flow field.could be used to research hemodynamic performance better or not.2.Comparing TSS downstream of mechanical heart valve with different peservation of subvalvular group, TSS in the boundary lacations of flow is signifiant different.TSS in group of preservation of posterior subvalvular apparatus group and in the non-peservation group was lower than in the peservation of total subvalvular apparatus group.The group of total subvalvular apparatus peservation had a bad blood hemodynamic performance.
