Hybrid Surgical Treatment Of DeBaKey â…¢ Type Of Aortic Dissection

Brief description of the treatment of the Debakey III aortic dissection under direct vision status and implantation of artificial endovascular treatment in the perioperative and medium-term effects.Objeetive:Artificial blood vessels under direct vision described in the surgical cavity insertion method, to analyze the treatment result of Debakey III aortic dissection.Methods:Collected from March 2009 to June 2010, at the Cardiovascular Surgery, Second Hospital of Jilin University dropped the line straight aortic aneurysm endovascular implantation of artificial (hybrid surgery) treatment of aortic dissection (DebaKey III type) of the patients were 11 cases. On preoperative general condition, liver, renal function, intraoperative surgical time, cerebral perfusion time, aortic clamping time, postoperative (before discharge) with mechanical ventilation time, postoperative recovery time, time after ICU, Medium-term (six months) complications, mortality, internal leakage case the time period of three follow-up analysis of the situation.Results:All of thel 1 patients were successfully implanted stent. Postoperative pain and other symptoms disappeared. There was no hospital mortality.Only 1 case of false lumen before discharge opening using CT sean, when the disappearance of six months review. And 1 case of 6 months is a false cavity opened. All the patients had no deaths, paraplegia, cerebral ischemia, and complications such as upper limb ischemia.Conclusion:Under direct vision medium-term effect of stent-graft implantation is significant in recent few complications, which is the treatment of descending aortic aneurysm safe and reliable. Both acute and chronic phase can be used this way.
