| Objective:Discussed the joint dual-source CT in patients with manometry in evaluation of OSAS level of upper airway obstruction diagnosis. Mehtods:Measured by dual-source CT in patients with OSAS the upper airway cross-sectional area of the gap of four planes and other data to determine a narrow plane, and with obstructive sleep monitoring after positioning system monitoring of the soft palate and tongue area district judge blocked airway pressure for the control plane research Evaluation of the correlation between the two,and the joint analysis of two methods to determine levels of positive rate of obstructive disease, the relationship between OSAS.result:Dual Source CT measurement of upper airway in healthy group and the data between the OSAS patient group, after the area in the soft palate, uvula and tongue area were statistically different areas,P<0.05, while the area between the two groups after the epiglottis data no significant difference,P > 0.05.Observed in 7 patients and the health of the uvula area was checked by checking the reference data beyond the lower limit of normal reference values (cross-sectional area 1.25mm2); CT examination to determine the upper airway stenosis in patients with OSAS, the positive rate of 25/30 plane,4 patients found that multi-plane joint obstruction,5 patients did not find the anatomical upper airway stenosis; uvula area stenosis of 21 cases showed the presence of palatine tonsil swollen and lengthy uvula, hypertrophy. Obstructive sleep monitoring locator (AG200) in patients with OSAS the upper airway to determine the gap,the positive rate 27/30 block,3 patients failed to find any flat surface of upper airway obstruction clearance. AG200 and can not monitor the soft palate and tongue after the District Joint congestion zone. Combination of CT examination and diagnosis of AG200 on the positive rate in patients with OSAS can reach 29/30.Conclusion:AG200 dual-source CT examination and evaluation of upper airway obstruction with diagnosis of plane, CT examination can reflect the multi-plane joint of upper airway narrowing and upper airway stenosis causes, AG200 showed only a single plane of pure obstruction. Simple application of CT examination or diagnosis of OSAS patients AG200 has some limitations, the combination of the two examination methods can significantly improve the positive rate of diagnosis of OSAS patients, and in morphological and functional status to each other to make up for lack of performance. |
