Objective:Research and analysis of postpartum hemorrhage relevant factors, prevention postpartum hemorrhage, so as to improve the pregnancy outcome, reducing maternal mortality rate, reduce postpartum disease rate, safeguard mother-to-child safety. Methods:Retrospective study in January 2008 to December 2010 in our hospital from the occurrence of pregnancy childbirth 118 cases of postpartum hemorrhage by single factor and multi-factor regression analysis of postpartum hemorrhage risk factors and treatment. Results:Single factor analysis showed that age and progesterone times, yield times, neonatal weight, pregnancy weight, record of formal schooling, without complication of postpartum hemorrhage all have influence, and nationality, gestational age of fetal quantity, delivery mode, no significant effect. Multi-factor regression analyses hint pregnancy weight≥20kg and progesterone times≥3, neonatal weights≥4kg, with complication risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage.With HDCP, ICP, such as increasing, complications of GDM of postpartum hemorrhage reason proportion of change.Conclusion:the enhancement of health education to reduce abortion, strengthening perinatal health care management, attention to pregnancy, maternity, the post-natal risk factors, the above can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage. |
