Problem-Based Learning, is a kind of teaching mode has been generally recognized and widely used in medical school at home and abroad, but many in clinical teaching less in other academic disciplines teaching application opposite, especially less in biology experiment teaching. Based on the problems from experimental.teaching course of undergraduate, researcher built and applied PBL biology experiment teaching mode, then through the objective analysis discussed its application effect.This study through the literature research at home and abroad, analyzes the related theory and practice, support the theory basis and the practical system experience for the construction and application of PBL biological experiment teaching mode. Throu-gh the education experimental research, understands the application effect of the first constituted model at experiments of Animals and human physiology and the reconstructing model at experiments of Microbiology and Immunology.The test shows that:(1)In motivation dimensions, One-group pretest-posttest Paired Samples T test shows obvious difference(p value is less than 0.05),indicated that students'intrinsic motivation increased. (2)In migration dimension, pretest-posttest test shows obvious difference(p value is 0.001), shows students can construct more extensive, flexible knowledge that transfers to other academic and non-academic settings; (3)About effective problem-solving skills, six aspects have improved (p value were less than 0.05), including establish hypothesis, experiment preparation, control variables and operational definition, experiment and the analysis of its result; (4)About develop self-directed and lifelong learning skills, learners shows more goal-oriented and they want to training and mastery more practical ability aims: (5)The average of cooperation learning is below 2.5 points, that means students are satisfied with the atmosphere, cooperation mood and discussing level in the PBL experiment teaching process.In all, The PBL biological experiment teaching mode the researcher constructed has some feasibility and practical.
