With the continuous progress of automation technology and gradual improvement medical security system, many of the digital pharmacy products abroad have already to market. Our digital application belongs to the initial stage. Traditional pharmacy service model is "take pills", mainly in manual-based. For patients, they need to spend a long time to be able to get the drugs, low efficiency, easy to cause the doctor-patient conflicts; for hospitals, pharmacy obsolete facilities and poor working environment, take up more personnel, high labor intensity, which is the most common situation of hospital pharmacy and existing problems. Therefore, that through the pharmacy sorting system planning design to improve the working efficiency of pharmacy has a very important practical significance.In this paper, through the analysis of the prescription data of hospital pharmacy, we can understand the needs of pharmacy and dispensing change and determine modeling and simulation of the pharmacy sorting system. We mainly study the sorting way, sorting strategy and the equipment selection. The purpose is to provide system analyzations and decisions for pharmacy sorting system planning, and then improves the operation efficiency of pharmacy sorting system; shorten the waiting time to get the medicine. Main work includes the following respects.First, it analysis the current research status of digital pharmacy at home and abroad, proposed design and simulation necessity of the digital pharmacy sorting system.Second, it simply introduces some relevant knowledge of hospital pharmacy, and analysis the pharmacy sorting system through using the theory and method of logistics system. We get the prescriptions data on a month of 3 grade A hospital, analyze the order of the amount of prescription orders (EQ), the number of items (EN), the number of items (IQ), set by the number of items (IK ) Statistical analysis using EIQ and ABC tools. Based on the above analysis, we understand the pharmaceutical logistics characteristics of hospital pharmacy and program sorting system of the pharmacy digital, identify the drug sorting way, sorting strategies and two different sorting equipments.Finally, based on the hospital's prescription order, a Petri-net model is built which was used to describe two different sorting processes and order merger process. Transforming Petri-net into flexsim three-dimensional model using flexsim simulation software and then simulate, it can provide decision-making basis for sorting system planning of digital pharmacy. Digital Hospital pharmacy sorting system planning is a more complex project,it is difficult to predict bottle-necks in the process using mathematical methods. Flexsim can be used to build up the discrete logistics system. It is an ideal choice or the simulation of digital pharmacy sorting system. Through modeling and simulation of the pharmacy sorting system, we can evaluate the system and then provide decision-making, and then improve the sorting efficiency, decrease the amount of worker labor and reduce the error... |
