Objective:To analyze the relevant factors of acute myocardial infarction patients who were treated by emergency Percutaneous coronary intervention and to explore influence factors, clinical characteristics and treatment strategies of this disease. Methods:It was retrospectively analyzed that 177 acute myocardial infarction patients who were treated by emergency Percutaneous coronary intervention (≤12h) in our hospital from January 2006 to June 2010,152 cases of them have complete material, 125 are male and 27 are female, ith age range from 34 to 84 years old, the average age is (62.3±11.5) years old. We analyze the correlation between the onset related factors, such as coronary lesions, infarction parts, the time of reopening vascular and the prognosis such as heart failure, shock, arrhythmia, mortality in the 152 AMI patients. Results: The male average onset age is (61.5±11.4) years old , and the female average onset age is (66.4±11.4) years old, The average onset age of male is earlier than that of female by nearly five years(P < 0.05). The AMI incidence is highest in winte(rP=0.021). Among the 152 AMI patients,85 cases have hypertension(55.9%), 43 cases have diabetes(28.3%),38 cases have dyslipidemia(56.6%)and 69 cases are smokers(55.2 percents of male patients). The incidence of cardiogenic shock and arrhythmia with comorbid HT or diabetes is higher (P < 0.05). But the incidence of heart failure and mortality have no significant difference. Smoking or comorbid with dyslipidemia are no significant correlation with the recent prognosis of AMI patients. Electrocardiogram tips that front wall and extensive front wall myocardial have 79 patients, below wall and rear wall has 61 cases, and composite wall has 12 patients. Coronary arteriography show that 74 cases are single coronary artery disease, 48 cases are double coronary artery disease, 28 cases are three coronary artery disease and 2 cases are left main coronary artery add three coronary artery disease. The nearly section and middle of RCA where the cardiogenic shock and arrhythmia incidence is highest. The cardiogenic shock and arrhythmia incidence which happened to AMI patients who have lesion site lacated in below wall and rear wall are highe than that of other places(P < 0.05).The coronary lesions number has no significant correlation with the prognosis of AMI patients. The longer reopening vascular time is, the higher incidence of cardiogenic shock happens. However, the incidence of heart failure, arrhythmia, mortality has no significant correlation with the reopening vascular time. Conclusion: The factor such the onset ages, season, hypertension, diabetes, coronary lesions, infarction parts, the time of reopensing vascular are the factors which can affect prognosis.
