Infection control in health care as well as people's daily lives is very important. For hospitals, the inner infection control is directly affects the patient's treatment time, money to spend, and even loss or continue of life. Thus, the significance of good infection control has reached a consensus in related industry and has also been supported by Chinese government. For the stimulation of favorable factors the domestic and foreign companies are trying to do their best to get their market share. After a period of hotly competition, the multinational corporation original with advantages of the brand, technology and service, are also facing more and more problems and obstacles to development in this particular market. How is the next phase of development, what is the more steady and active business strategy, which had been the worthy of related company to think about.In this paper, on the case of J company, the world's leading supplier of infection control products, the process of its business in China are currently facing the opportunities, challenges, difficulties and some situations else. A detailed analysis of the current situation be done through a lot of basic information and my work experiences in J company in order to find the root of the problems. In this paper, also use the narrative theory, questionnaires, SWOT & PEST tools to analysis the integrated environment, the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges of J company in Chinese company. For problems in the development process of J company also give related strategies as solution. Meanwhile, the paper will fill the academic gap about the business strategies of IC equipment multinational companies in China market.In this paper "business" means the related issues in the process of the company's overall operations, including not only marketing levels, but also production, human resources, service and other aspects of the work. Business strategy described in this article,means related measures to deal with the threats and opportunities which J company met in the process of achieving corporate goals.To explore business strategies in order to adapt the current market environment, to develop business in China better.
