Clinical Research On Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris With Wendan Decoction Co. Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction

Objective:This topic is for the purpose of observing and discussing the clinical effect of Wendan Decoction Co. Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction coordinated with western medicine as the foundation treatment to the patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris. Further examining the scientific nature of thoracic obstruction with sputum and stasis mutual theory, promoting it to a vast clinical field, and probably providing the patients with a new treatment for curing UA in the future.Method:This research is a forward-looking stochastic list blind check experiment. The target patients come from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, who are hospitalized in the cardiovascular department from September,2010 to March,2011.60 targets are enrolled,30 people for each group randomly. One group of them will be given Wendan Decoction Co. Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction, and the other will be tried a placebo, both of which are fundamentally supported by modern cardiac drugs. After taking that decoction 2 weeks, that indexes which are angina pectoris index, Troponin I(Tn_I), creatine phosphate kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK_MB),total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),electrocardiogram(EKG) and BP will be checked for the effectiveness of Wendan Decoction Co. Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction treatment, the other 3 indicators, ALT,creatinine (Cr) will be checked out for the safety possibility of herbal decoction.Result:After 2 weeks of observation the herbal decoction, all the data shows that Wendan Decoction Co. Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction can obviously reduce the angina pectoris the outbreak number of times, the ache duration, Ni troglycerin tablets(NG) piece amount used(P<0.05), can obviously reduce Hs-CRP,TG,CHOL,EKG,LDL-C ((P<0.05)), and can obviously improve patent's chest tightness and troublesome feeling, dizziness tinnitus weakened, sweat reduction, shortness of breath reduced and so on, but cTnI,CK_MB,HDL-Cthe aspects actually have not been significantly influenced, expressed that herbal treatment can't affect the patient hepatorenal function and the electrolyte is balanced. Conclusion:Wendan Decoction Co. Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction are safe for UA and can remarkably improve more than one type of syndromes. It is significant to carry out deeper study on this decoction.
