Objective Explore Bacterium coli and sennae leaf would successfully establish a dampness and heat diarrhea rat model,and the related pharmacodynamics study of QinXiang Anti-diarrhea Prescription,to supply experimental evidence for further clinical application.Methods (1) The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,blank group, bacterium coli group and sennae leaf group. Blank group was given ordinary feed. the other two groups were modeled in the method of LiaoShi spleen-stomach dampness and heat diarrhea in the early 18 days,and then seprately was lavaged with bacterium coli and sennae leaf juice, to observe whether the model of dmpness and heat diarrhea rat was successfully established. (2) To establish a rat model with bacterium coli in the same method,and then divide it into blank group, Qinxiang anti-diarrhea decoction groups in small dosage,middle dosage and large dosage and Changkang pill group,to observe the effect of QinXiang anti-diarrhea decoction on the diarrhea index of dampness and heat diarrhea rats. (3) The grouping of abdominal constriction test and small intestine propulsion experiment was the same as diarrhea index experiment,the blank group was given equivalent distilled water, after the abdominal constriction test group was seperately administrated,the rats of every group were intraperitoneal injected glacial acetic acid.to observe abdominal constriction times.After the small intestine propulsion experiment group was seperately administrated, the rats of every group were lavaged with carbon powder,to observe the propulsion rate of carbon powder.Conclusion (1)17 day later,the rats were dispirited, lassitude.fond of sleep and lazy in move, lags in response, anorexia, gain weight slowly, withered skin and hair, pilo-erection, obviously decrease intake of sugar syrup. The rats all suffered from diarrhea after drenching with bacterium coli group and sennae leaf juice sooner or later. (2) Qinxiang anti-diarrhea decoction in small dosage,middle dosage and large dosage all could obviously decrease the index number and acetic acid indicated that the abdominal constriction times of dampness and heat diarrhea animal model. Acomparison of carbon powder propulsion rate between the propulsion experiment group and the blank group showed that the propulsion rate of small intestine was roughly the same.Results1.Bacterium coli and sennae leaf both can successfully establish the dampness and heat diarrhea rat models.2.Qinxiagn anti-diarrhea decoction can effectively decrease the diarrhea index of dampness and heat diarrhea rat models established by Bacterium coli.3. In the abdominal constriction test, A comparison of abdominal constriction times between Qinxiang anti-diarrhea decoction groups in small dosage,middle dosage and large dosage and Changkang pill group shows that the Qinxiang anti-diarrhea decoction has a significant analgesia effect.4.The small intestine propulsion experiment shows that Qinxiang anti-diarrhea decoction has not an obvious inhibiting and promoting effect on healthy rats.5.My tutor discovers that the main diarrhea is dampness and heat diarrhea in the long-term clinical practice. Qinxiang anti-diarrhea decoction is an effective prescription in curing dampness and heat diarrhea with its clearing heat and drying dampness, restraining Intestine to stop diarrhea and promoting qi movement and relieving pain effect.
