Objective Discussion the anti-fatigue and hypoxia of effects in mice, provide basis about betulin's pharmacology for further study.Methods Select adult male mice, according to seven different detection indexes assign groups. Every index was randomly divided into four group, they are control group, low dose group, mid dose group, high dose group. Three dose groups mice were give different concentration betulin olive oil solution, administered dose is 0.1ml/10g BW. Control group was give equal olive oil solution. Continuous administration 30 days. Use different group mice to detect swimming time with weight, Serum urea nitrogen (BUN), Blood lactic acid (BLA) and Glycogen content four index, to discussion betulin's anti-fatigue effect; Through detection of Hypoxia tolerance time. Sodium nitrite poisoning survival time and Acute cerebral ischemic anoxia time, to discussion the effect of betulin's Hypoxia function in mice.Results1.The effect of betulin on the time of weight loading swimmingin mice In the each dose group of betulin.the time of weight loading swimming were all higher than normal control group (P<0.05), The time of weight loading swimming of each dose group of betulin.the difference among each dose group have no significance (P>0.05).It present that betulin could extend the time of weight loading swimming.2. The effect of betulin on the Serum urea nitrogen in miceEach dose group of betulin compare with normal control group have no significant difference (P>0.05). The difference the Serum urea nitrogen among each dose group have no significance (P>0.05)3.The effect of betulin on the bood lactic acid and the lood lactic acid aera under the curve in mice.Each dose grop of betulin compare with normal control group.the lood lactic acid have no significant difference (P>0.05). The lood lactic acid after swimming Omin of each dose grop of betulin were lower than normal control group.but it have no significant difference (P>0.05); The lood lactic acid after swimming 20min of the middle-dose group and high-dose group were lower than normal control group. The lood lactic acid after swimming 20min of the low-dose group were lower than the middle-dose group (P<0.05). The lood lactic acid aera under the curve of the middle-dose group and high-dose group were lower than normal control group(P< 0.05), The low-dose group compare with normal control group. The lood lactic acid aera under the curve have no significant difference. The lood lactic acid aera under the curve among each dose grop of betulin have no significant difference(P<0.05)4. The effect of betulin on the Glycogen content in miceThe Glycogen content of the middle-dose group and high-dose group of betulin were significant higher than normal control group(P<0.05). The Glycogen content of the low-dose group of betulin compare with normal control group have no significant difference,Among the each dose group of betulin.the glycogen content of the middle-dose group were significant higger than the low-dose group and high-dose group(P<0.05)5 The effect of betulin on the bearing hypoxia time at normal pressure in miceThe bearing hypoxia time at normal pressure of each group have no significant difference (P>0.05);6 The effect of betulin on the time of acute cerebral anoxia in miceThe time of acute cerebral anoxia of each dose group of betulin were all higher than normal control grup. The time of acute cerebral anoxia of high-dose group were significant higher than middle-dose group(P<0.05). and among the other group, the time of acute cerebral anoxia have no significant difference.7 The effect of betulin on the survival time of Sodium nitrite poisoning in miceThe survival time of Sodium nitrite poisoning of each dose group of betulin were all significant higher than normal control group(P<0.05), Among the each dose group of betulin, The survival time of Sodium nitrite poisoning have no significant difference (P>0.05);Conclusion 1. Betulin has the effect of alleviate physical fatigue function.2. Betulin has the effect of Improve anoxia tolerance function.
