Background: Child Eczema is a type of eczema, it is no difference between Child eczema and adult eczema in essentially。Child Eczema is often accompanied by varying severity of itching, rash can occur in any part of the body, more symmetrical on both sides of the body。According to the course and clinical features of eczema ,it can be divided into acute, subacute and chronic eczema。Reportes about Child Eczema treated with 0.05% fluticasone propionate cream are much less in domestic。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Child Eczema treated with fluticasone propionateMethods: 148 out-patients were randomly divided into 2 groups which were treated by fluticasone propionate and mometasone furoate Cream in two weeks,and then to compare treatment datas。Results: The effective rate of fluticasone propionate group is higher than mometasone furoate Cream grouo in 1 or 2 weeks later。And there are no statistically significant differences between the two groups。(The effective rate of fluticasone propionate group is 80.3% in 1 week later,the effective rate of mometasone furoate Cream group is 55.7% in 1 week later,X~2 =10.415,P=0.001<0.05;The effective rate of fluticasone propionate group is 90.8% in 2 weeks later,the effective rate of mometasone furoate Cream group is 70.8% in 2 weeks later,X~2 =9.599,P=0.002<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of child eczema treated with fluticasone propionate are very good。...
