Objective1. To analyze the multi-drug resistant genes(genes encoding extended-spectrumβ-lactamases, outer membrane protein gene OprD2, aminoglycoside-modifyingenzyme genes, disinfectant-resistant genes)of Pseudomonas aeruginosaisolated from clinical patient.2. To study the drug resistance and change of Pseudomonas aeruginosa , guidethe clinician rational using antibiotic, slow down antibiotic producingselection pressure to bacterium drug-resistant, delay the state of bacteriumdrug-resistant, control hospital infection.Methods1. According to The Ministry of Public Health《National Guide to ClinicalLaboratory Procedures》(Third Edition) ,set apart and culture bacterium strictly.2. The sensitivities of 18 antibiotics was detected by VITEK-2 matched withAST-GN09 in 64 P.aeruginosa strains isolated from Oct 2009 to Mar 2010 afterpurificated .3. 16 related drug-resistant genes were examined by PCR method.Results1. The resistance rate of 64 P.aeruginosa strains to cefazolin,ampicillin/sulbactamwas,ceftriaxone,sulfamethoxazole,amikacin,aztreonam,imipenem,gentamicin,ticarcillin/clavulanic acid and piperacillin/tazobactam were100.0%,96.9%,95.4%,95.3%,73.4%,62.5%,48.4%,71.8%,54.7% and46.9%, respectively.2. The detective rate of extended-spectrumβ-lactamases(TEM,CTX–M–1,OXA–1,OXA–10,DHA,MIR and IMP–1)were 87.5%,23.4%,12.5%,73.4%,15.6%,37.5% and 51.6%,respectively .The genes encoding (SHV,GES,VIM–2) were not detected.3. The detective rate of OprD2 was 4.7%.4. The genes encoding aminoglycoside-modifying enzyme(aac(3)–Ⅱ,aac(6')–Ⅰ,aac(6')–Ⅰb and ant(2")–Ⅰ)were 81.3%,85.9%,56.3% and79.7%,respectively. 5. QacE△1–sull was 76.6%.ConclusiConclusionThe detective rate of extended-spectrumβ-lactamases, aminoglycoside-modifyingenzyme genes and disinfectant-resistant genes are high in 64 multi-drug resistantP.aeruginosa clinical strains,but the loss rate of outer membrane protein gene OprD2are not high.
