Objective:To explore the difference of surgical outcomes in different time by two different surgical methods. Then to evaluate the clinical application value, so as to guide the surgical therapy and to estimate the prognosis. Methods:The clinical data of 43 HICH patients who were admitted to the Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were divided into super-early (≤6h) group, early (6-24h) group and Late (≥24h) group in two parts which compartmentalized by different surgical methods. The efficacy of groups were compared respectively. The GOS were used for prognostic evaluation of patients after surgery. Results:For the near-term, there was no significantly difference between three groups (P>0.05) in two parts compartmentalized by the surgical methods. But in the super-early (≤6h) group, the risk of recurrent post-operative hemorrhage was higher. Conclusion:Taken by the different ways of surgury, the early stage(6-24h) was the optimal time course for surgical treatment of HICH, because in this course, the effection was better and the risk of recurrent post-operative hemorrhage was lower.
