| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of psoriasis vulgaris patients of blood-heat type treated with Qing Re Li Shi Yin and the impact on VEGF.Methods:The 60 psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat type patients are put into two groups at random. The treatment group is given Qing Re Li Shi Yin (30 patients)and the matched group is given Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan(30 patients) respectively. The course of treatment is 12weeks. Observe the improvement in symptoms and drug safety of the 2 groups before and after treatment. We analysed changes of VEGF of 20 patients in treatment group before and after the treatment and was comparied with 20 normal person's.Results:The clinical markedly effective rate and the total effective rate of treatment group are all better than the matched group and statistical comparison showed that there are differences (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of VEGF is decreased obviously, there are difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating psoriasis vulgaris patients of blood-heat type with Qing Re Li Shi Yin has reliable efficacy and VEGF may act as its mechanisms. |
