Study On Anti-Inflammatory Effective Parts Of Cortex Dictamni

Cortex Dictamni is known for thousands of years as a dermatology drugs and has been clinically used to treat eczema,urticaria,dermatitis,scabies and other diseases, effective in treatment. The mechanisms are closely related to anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,and other activitives of Cortex Dictamni.However, little is known about its anti-inflammatory effective substance.This study aims to investigate the separation of anti-inflammatory effective parts of Cortex Dictamni and its anti-inflammatory effect . Experimental contents and methods are as follows:1. The study on the extracting and separating of anti-inflammatory effective parts of Cortex DictamniWith the model of ear-swelling of mice induced by xylene to learn the anti-inflammatory activity of extracts which was extracted by different solvent from Cortex Dictamni, choosing the optimum solvent; Orthogonal design analysis was used for the best extraction; The extraction was separated by the macroporous resin, we learned that the anti-inflammatory activity was 95% ethanol eluate.2. The experimental study of Cortex Dictamni anti-inflammatory activity in vivoIn this study, the effect of 95% ethanol eluate anti-inflamma -tory activity was authenticated with model of celiac capillary of mice induced by acetic acid and the edema of rat hind paw induced by carrageenan. This experiment opens out that 95% ethanol extraction can inhibit the edema of rat hind paw induced by carrageenan, celiac capillary of mice induced by acetic acid, and significantly reduced the acute inflammatory foot in the content of PGE2.3. The experimental study of Cortex Dictamni anti-inflammatory activity in vitro In this study with the model of primary cultured rat peritoneal macrophages to inspect the effect of release of nitric oxide from macrophages under LPS with 95% ethanol Cortex Dictamni extraction, the 95% ethanol Cortex Dictamni extraction can significantly reduced the release of nitric oxide from macrophages.Through the experimental study above learned that 95% ethanol extraction was the anti-inflammatory effective partds in Cortex Dictamni,and the study can provide stable scientific basis for reasonable exploiture and clinical use of Cortex Dictamni.
