Objective:By observing the recovery of appendicitis in patients with postoperative bowel sounds, as well as changes in exhaust defecation time to explore the self-made pai qi tang recovery of gastrointestinal function after appendectomy effects.Methods:In the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine General Surgery, First Affiliated Hospital, selected 60 patients with preoperative and postoperative fasting water appendicitis surgery inpatients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, each group of 30 patients after the two groups were given anti - Yan rehydration and other conventional treatment, experimental group patients after 6 hours before the start to give self-made pai qi tang Decoction (Still fasted, but was unable to restrain the Chinese native medicine, oral administration of 2 times / day), until the exhaust after defecation, intestinal functional recovery. In addition to conventional treatment, control group patients after 6 hours before the start to give water50ml (oral administration of 2 times / day), so that natural recovery of gastrointestinal function; bowel sounds were observed in patients with recovery time and the self-defecation anal exhaust time for the first time.Results:Treatment group after bowel sounds return to normal hours earlier than the control group, there are significant differences (P <0.05);The treatment group after the first defecation time than the control group exhaust earlier, as compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0.05);Postoperative abdominal pain and bloating in the treatment group than in the control group to alleviate symptoms, there are significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion : Self-made pai qi tang can promote recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after appendectomy to reduce postoperative complications such as abdominal pain and distension. |
