Clinical Observation On Yiqiyangxue-tang On Hypomenorrhea (Type Of QI-Blood-deficiency)

Objective:observation the clinical therapeutic effect and the amelioration effectiveness of clinical symptom of Yiqiyangxue-tang (YQYXT) on hypomenorrhea,Type-B ultrasonic is used to observe the effects of YQYXT on the thickness of endometrium,which is compared with the bead of Lujiaobuxue, so as to find a new clinical way to cure hypomenorrhea.Method:60 patients of hypomenorrhea were randomly divided into 2 groups, YQYXT for treating group the bead of Lujiaobuxue for control group. The aids of the tests for two groups variability include four:the therapeutic effects, the total integral of the clinical symptoms, the each item cardinal symptom score, the differences in the changes of the thicknesses of the uterine endometrium.Results:the total effective rate was 96.7% in treating group, with 7 patients healing,20 patients significantly effective,2 patients effective and 1 patient ineffective. In contrast, is was 93.33% in the control group, and 2 patients healing,13 patients significantly effective,13 patients effective, and 2 patient ineffective, there being a extreme significantly difference in the therapeutic effective rats (p<0.01), between the two groups after treatment and follow-up visit (p<0.05), also a extreme after treatment y difference between the two groups after treatment and follow-up visit (p<0.05), between the two groups after treatment after treatment has no after treatment difference (p>0.05) but between the two groups after treatment when follow-up visit have apparent statistic significance (p<0.05). Those data displayed extreme significantly difference between the each item cardinal symptom score and the changes of the thicknesses of uterine endometrium which in each group of the before and after treatment(p<0.01), but, no significantly difference between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion:the treatments of YQYXT for patients of hypomenorrhea got manifest therapeutical effects and possess preferable long-term therapeutic efficacy, the each item cardinal symptom and the thickness of uterine endometrium. But the extent of the changes with the thickness of uterine endometrium can not demonstrate which treatment methods is better.
