Study On Medical Staff Performance Appraisal Evaluation System Of A Hospital In Qiqihar

The A Hospital of Qiqihar is a 3 A-level general hospital which contains medical treatment, teaching, research and health care in northeast China. With the gradual deepening of the health system reform, the assessment and monitoring system of hospital comprehensive performance also need continue to be scientific and standardized, and hospital performance assessment has become an important part in hospital development and growth. The hospital has implemented assessing performance system of exploring actively fairness and reasonableness as well as clinical performance assessment as the center, and played an active role to encourage staff to devote for their work, to improve medical environment, to optimize health resources, to reduce operating costs, to improve service quality, to enhance effectiveness and other aspects in order to achieve sound and rapid development of the hospital.Light of the reality of the A Hospital of Qiqihar this article designed a set of strategic-oriented performance appraisal program for medical staff to develop the hospital rapidly. The article first analyzed this Hospital's status of performance management, summarized the main problems using objective management method to construct the A hospital of Qiqihar medical staff performance evaluation index system and performance assessment methods.This study will not only promote their own rapid development and improve hospital management efficiency, but also activate hospital's incentives to some extent, and promote internal hospital organizational reform and development, and provide theoretical basis and technical reference for other developping hospitals.
