Expressions And Significance Of Survivin And Caspase-3 In Placenta Tissue Of Preelampsia

Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 and association between them in placenta tissue of preeclampsia,and to explore the etiology and mechanism of preeclampsia.Methods 60 placentas tissues samples were abtained from preeclampsia patients including 25 mild patients and 35 severe patients and 30 normal placentas tissues were enrolled from the third trimester pregnancies. Immunohistochemistry(SABC) method was used to study the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in placenta tissue.Furthermore ,multi-function precise color-image measure system was used for quantitative analysis. Results (1)The expression of Survivin in nomal group,mild group and severe group were 0.4126 0.0399,0.3947 0.0481 and 0.3413 0.0414.The expression in severe group was lower than that in mild group and normal group(P<0.01).The expression in mild group was not lower than that in normal group(Pï¹¥0.05).(2) The expression of Caspase-3 in nomal group,mild group and severe group were 0.28610.0301,0.3433 0.0310 and 0.4058 0.0348. The expression in severe group was higher than that in mild group and normal group(P<0.01).The expression in mild group was higher than that in normal group(P<0.01).(3)Negative relationship between the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 could be found with statistical significance(R=-0.370,P<0.05).Conclusion 1. Survivin was expressed in trophoblast cell cytoplasm. The expression of Survivin in nomal group,mild group and severe group were significative.2.Caspase-3 was expressed in syncytiotrophoblast cell cytoplasm. The expression of Caspase-3 in nomal group,mild group and severe group were significative.3.Negative relationship between the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 could be found with statistical significance.
