Objective: To approach the pathogenesis of preeclampsia,the actived state of coagulation,sensitivity and relatedness of all the indicators in reflecting the liver function by detectingclotting factors,anticlotting enzyme,fibrinolytic degradation products,liver function andlactate dehydrogenase of early onest severe preeclampsia women,late onest severepreeclampsia women,normal pregnancy women and analyzing the relation during theindicators .To find more effective indicators for monitoring disease progression and to reducethe incidence and mortality of maternal and infant.Methods: The levels of prothrombin time(PT),apartial thromboplastin time(APTT),clottingfactorâ…§,â…¨,antithrombinâ…¢,D-dimer were determined by solidification,chromogenic substrateassay,immunization respectively,and the levels of alanine aminotransferase( ALT), aspartateaminotransferase( AST ), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH)were measured by rate method methodof the venous blood of 30 normal pregnancy women(normal control group),25 early onestsevere preeclampsia women(early onest group ), 35 late onest severe preeclampsia women (lateonest group)were collected.Results:The level of AT-â…¢of early onest group were much lower than that of normal controlgroup( P < 0.01),the level of Fâ…§,Fâ…¨,D-D,ALT,AST,LDH of early onest group were muchhigher than that of normal control group( P < 0.01); The level of AT-â…¢of late onest group weremuch lower than that of normal control group( P < 0.05),the level of Fâ…§,Fâ…¨,D-D,ALT,AST,LDH of late onest group were higher than that of normal control group( P < 0.05); Thelevel of AT-â…¢of early onest group were much lower than that of late onest group ( P < 0.05),the level of Fâ…§,Fâ…¨,D-D,ALT,AST,LDH of early onest group were higher than that of lateonest group ( P < 0.05).The level of PT,APTT of early onest group were lower than that of late onestgroup and normal control group ( P < 0.05),The level of PT,APTT of late onest group were lower thanthat of normal control group ( P > 0.05).There are negative relationship between AT-â…¢and ALT,AST,LDH(r=-0.654,r=-0.587,r=-0.607,P<0.01); There are positive relationship between D-D and ALT,AST,LDH(r=0.678, r=0.598, r=0.781, P<0.01); There are negative relationship between Fâ…§,Fâ…¨and PT,APTT(r=-0.877,r=-0.879,r=-0.854,r=-0.834, P<0.01).Conclusion:1, Clotting factorâ…§,clotting factorâ…¨,lactic dehydrogenaseLDH are moreeffective indicators for monitoring disease progression in the early.2, Test the AT-â…¢,D-D andALT,AST,LDH can reflect the severity accurately and provide the theretical basic of clinical cure.,3,early onest group occurred important organs failure much more easily than late onestgroup,we need pay more attention in it.
