| Objective To investigate the expressions of ?-defensin-2 (HBD-2), interferon-gamma (IFN-?), nuclear- factor-κB p65 (NF-κBp65) in the epidemis of psoriasis and their correlation with disease severity in psoriatic patients,And psoriasis vulgaris in the mechanism of action. Methods By immunohistochemical method in 45 patients with psoriasis lesions, non-lesional skin tissue and 15 normal tissues HBD-2, IFN-?, NF-κBp65 expression. Comparison between different groups of HBD-2, IFN-?, NF-κB p65 expression differences and correlation analysis. PASI score will be based on skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris organization divided into mild, moderate and severe group, 25 patients with mild, moderate 12 cases, 8 cases of severe. Detection of light, moderate and severe lesions at the HBD-2, IFN-?, NF-κB p65 expression. Results With normal skin and psoriasis patients compared to non-lesion area, lesion area in patients with psoriasis ?-defensin-2, interferon-gamma, nuclear- factor-κBp65 expression was significantly increased, rather than the lesion area of ?-defensin-2 , interferon-gamma expression is also higher than normal skin tissue, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); nuclear- factor -κB p65 expression in the lesion area relative to the non-lesion area, a significant expression of the normal epidermis, was statistically significant (P <0.05), non-lesion area compared with normal skin was no significant difference (P> 0.05 ). In the psoriatic lesion area of HBD-2, IFN-?, NF-κB p65 in the severe group was higher than in the mild to moderate group, moderate group was higher than in the mild group, two groups of Were statistically significant between the comparison (P <0.05).Conclusion These results suggest that HBD-2, IFN-?, NF-κBp65 in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris expression were increased, and there were positive correlations between the three, we speculated that there may be mutual among Role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis to participate in the process. |
