Objective:To study serum thyroglobulin antibodies, thyroid peroxidase antibody test for the diagnosis of Hashimoto's disease value.Methords:A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of Hashimoto's disease,32 cases of Graves disease,55 patients with nodular goiter,27 cases of thyroid adenoma,33 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma patients and 25 healthy serum TGAb,TPOAb concentration level,group record the group TGAb,TPOAb measured value, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, accuracy and positive rate in each group.compared by statistical TGAb,TPOAb positive rate of measured values.and analyze the TGAb,TPOAb sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, accuracy of TGAb,TPOAb testing for the diagnosis of Hashimoto's disease value.Results:The normal serum TGAb,TPOAb concentration levels low, Hashimoto's disease group TGAb,TPOAb levels were significantly higher than other groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Graves disease group concentration levels also significantly higher than the normal group, papillary thyroid carcinoma, nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma group, there are significant differences (P<0.05); two measured values of 6, the overall difference between groups was significantly (P<0.05).In the diagnosis of Hashimoto's disease TGAb,TPOAb high sensitivity and specificity, TGAb 60.3% sensitivity and specificity was 78.1%, TPOAb was 51.2% sensitivity and specificity was 93.1%, TGAb sensitivity was higher than of TPOAb, and the specificity of TPOAb was than TGAb; So TGAb,TPOAb joint detection can improve the diagnosis of Hashimoto's disease, and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Hashimoto's disease group TGAb,TPOAb positive rates were significantly higher than other groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Graves disease group TGAb,TPOAb positive rates were significantly higher than the normal group, thyroid papillary carcinoma, nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); thyroid papillary carcinoma, nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma group's TGAb,TPOAb positive rates were significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); thyroid papillary carcinoma group TGAb,TPOAb positive rates were significantly higher than that of nodular goiter group, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05; nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma group difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Hashimoto's disease group TGAb,TPOAb double-positive rate was significantly higher than other groups, the difference was significant (P<0.05); Graves disease group TGAb,TPOAb positive rate and the double was significantly higher than the normal group, papillary carcinoma of thyroid, nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but Hashimoto's disease group and the Graves disease group difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); thyroid papillary carcinoma, nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma group, the TGAb,TPOAb positive were significantly higher than the double the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); but The three groups no significant difference between (P> 0.05).Conclusions:Determination of serum TPOAb,TGAb and increase the value of the diagnosis of Hashimoto's disease has important clinical significance, differential diagnosis of thyroid disease also have important clinical value.
