Objective Comparison of colon cancer patients and healthy people, the proportion of patients with cholelithiasis cholecystectomy, biliary disease and colon cancer relationship.methods Retrospective analysis from January 2005 to December 2010 among 124 patients with pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer with age and sex matched hospital 202 cases of non-colon cancer. Statistics associated with the two groups cholelithiasis, cholecystectomy, and the number of cases for statistical analysis. Calculation of cholelithiasis cholecystectomy patients the relative risk of colorectal cancer.Results1. cases,40 cases of gallstone group, accounting for 16.8%; control group,26 cases of gallbladder stone, accounting for 6.58%,2 groups were significantly different (X2=17.99, P <0.05).2. cholecystectomy patients group,13 cases, accounting for 5.4%; control group cholecystectomy in 12 cases,3%, no significant difference between the 2 groups (X2=3.44, P> 0.05)3. The group statistics to a high incidence of rectal cancer, colon cancer cholelithiasis but 27.4%(31/116), colorectal cancer is only 5.74%(7/122). X2=20.08, P<0.01; left colon 19.1%, cholelithiasis, cholelithiasis in right colon cancer 37%, X2= 20.08, P<0.01.4. over 60 years of age in this group occurred 39.6% of colorectal cancer, and cholelithiasis in patients over 60 years old accounted for 54.9% of colorectal cancer, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.01). Were under the age of 60 cholecystectomy patients, although there see increased incidence of colorectal cancer, but not statistically significant.5. cholelithiasis patient group,47% male patients, male patients in the control group accounted for cholelithiasis 53.8%, X2= 0.31, P>0.05Conclusion1. cholelithiasis does increase the incidence of colorectal cancer relative risk, after cholecystectomy the risk reduction.2. the main cause of cholelithiasis increased incidence of colon cancer, in which the high incidence of right colon cancer, no significant correlation with sex.60 patients over the age of cholecystectomy increased risk of colon cancer.
