Objective (l) To confirm cognition of hypertensive exercises and the knowledge sources of elderly hypertensive patients. (2) To make clear of the control effects of personalized exercises on the blood pressure of elderly hypertensive patients and provide basis of safe and effective exercises for elderly hypertensive patients. (3) To explore the role of prediction equation of exercise blood pressure for the elderly hypertensive patients to establish effective exercises.Methods This research is the quasi-experimental research , adopting convenience sampling method to extract samples (36 cases) and researching on the objects as follows: (1) Questionnaire Research on cognition of hypertensive exercises and the knowledge sources of elderly hypertensive patients. (2) Exercise Intervention On a voluntary basis, the irregular exercisers whose blood pressure is controlled at SBP≥140 and/or DBP≥90 are included. The method of before and after self-reflection are adopted, the mean value of blood pressure 15 days before implementing exercise intervention and the baseline survey of the research objects serve as control group, exercise tests are used to formulate personalized exercise plan, the research results of exercise intervention for 3 months serve as experimental group. According to the measured results, before and after contrast is conducted. After the Intervention ends, all data are input and analyzed with statistical software SPSS16.0.Results (1) From the survey it is found that more than 80% of the patients are aware that exercise can help lower and control blood pressure, but only 67% think that it is effective only to persist in exercises after the control of blood pressure, But only 6% understand that exercise intensity can be monitor by the heart rate , 33% know that aerobic exercise is the most effective for high blood pressure and about 50% of of the object understand that the time required and frequency of the effective exercise; In the survey of source of knowledge about effective hypertensive exercise, it is found that about 50% of patients think that no one told them how to exercise is safe and effective. Only 19% of patients think that they learnt the knowledge instruction from medical personnel. (2) Personalized exercise enables blood pressure to drop evidently in the research group of the elderly hypertensive patients, among them systolic blood pressure drops by 12.9 mmHg at average, diastolic pressure drops by 3.4 mmHg, pulse compression lessens by 9.5 mmHg. After 3 months expired, the decrease in overall waist-hip ratio and body mass index has obvious statistical significance in the research objects, (3) Diastolic pressure drops by 5mmHg and/or systolic blood pressure drops by 10mmHg to effective hypotension. To do logic regression analysis, it has been screened that influence on effective lower blood pressure factor is age group, body mass index group and baseline systolic blood pressure, according to the factor regression coefficients established the effectiveness of blood pressure in the prediction equation..(4) By linear regression analysis, it is found that Age, the baseline blood pressure, heart rate and medication had linear relation with systolic blood pressure after exercise intervention. it is found that the baseline diastolic blood pressure and resting heart rate had linear relation with diastolic blood pressure after exercise intervention,on the basis of this relation to establish systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure prediction equation. The establishment of these two equations has provided theoretical basis for future guidance to effective exercise of elderly hypertension.Conclusion (1) Elderly hypertensive patients is relatively low on master and cognition of effective exercise. Medical personnel should pay attention to the individual education of effective exercise of elderly hypertensive patients; (2) Exercise test can determine appropriate exercise intensity in elderly hypertensive individuals to provide safe and effective exercise; (3) Research shows Personalized exercise can obviously lower systolic pressure of the elderly hypertensive patients that diastolic blood pressure, pulse compression of the research objects lessens, antihypertensive effect on systolic blood pressure of elderly hypertensive patients is especially beneficial; (4) The body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC) and waist-hip ratio can be decreased by effectively exercise ,reducing the risk of cardiovascular events;(5) Screening of the factors for effective blood pressure and the establishment of effective blood pressure prediction equations for individual health has guiding significance.for management plan;(6) To establish prediction equation can help to regulate effective exercise and build the target platform. |
