Thirdly, established access data, input, regulated and pre-treated the data of the researched object. lastly, analyzed the usage of meridians, acupoints, specific acupoints and different parts of the acupoints in the prescription with data mining system. And then summarized the compatibility rules of the acupoints for depression and madness used in the literatures.Results:1.Depressive Psychosis:The five most popular points were:DU20(Baihui), BL62(Shenmai), DU26(Shuigou), ST41(Jiexi), SI3(Houxi). The most commonly used compatibility of acupoints were:BL62(Shenmai) and ST41(Jiexi) or S13(Houxi), L15(Yangxi)and DU23(Shangxing) or DU20(Baihui). Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang and Du Meridian were selected most frequently, Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang was used secondarily. Acupoints located on the head-neck were mostly selected, the ones on the upper part and lower part were inferior to them. In selected acupoints, the particular points weretaking larger proportion, and the intersection points were mostly selected. In particular points category, the five acupoints and rendezvous points were the most. The main compatibility method were: the Yang-Yang meridian method, the far and local points method, the same name of meridian method, the points up and down method, the five acupoints and rendezvous points method, the five acupoints and eight confluent points method, the five acupoints and original points method, the rendezvous points and eight confluent points, ect.2. Manic psychosis:The five points mostly to use were:P5(Jianshi), DU16(Fengfu), LI5(yangxi), H7(Shenmen), SI3(Houxi). On the manic psychosis treatment, the most commonly used compatibility of acupoints were:LI4(Hegu) and H3(Shaohai) or P5(Jianshi) or SI3(Houxi), SI3(Houxi) and H7(Shenmen) or P5(Jianshi). Bladder Meridian of foot-Taiyang, Du Meridian, Stomach Meridian of foot-Yangming, Small Intestine Meridian of hand-Yaiyang, Large Intestine Meridian of hand-Yangming. The acupoints on the upper part were motly selected, the ones on the lower part were inferior to them. In selected acupoints, the particular points were taking larger proportion, and the five acupoints were mostly selected. The rendezvous points were less selected. The main compatibility method were:the Yin-Yang meridian method, the outside and inside meridian method, the points up and down method, the far and local points method, the five acupoints and original points method, the rendezvous points and eight confluent points, the rendezvous points and original points method, the eight confluent and original points method, ect.Conclusions:1. On the mania-depressive syndrome treatment, the most selected acupoints were the points on the head-neck, the five acupoints on the limbs, the rendezvous points between the meridians.2. Bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang and DU meridians are mostly selected on the depressive psychosis treatment; while Bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang, DU meridian, Stomach Meridian of foot-Yangming, Small Intestine Meridian of hand-Yaiyang, Large Intestine Meridian of hand-Yangming, Pericardium Meridian of hand-Taiyin, Heart Meridian of hand-Shaoyin were mostly used on the manic psychosis treatment.3. The main method of acupuncture compatibility were the up and down points method, the far and local points method. In depressive psychosis, the other main compatibility were the Yang-Yang meridian method, the five acupoints and the rendezvous points. While the Yin-Yang meridian method, the five acupoints and the original points method were the mostly used compatibility of method in manic psychosis. |
