Clinicle Observation On The Treatment Of Warming Yang Calming The Wind And Resolving Phlegm In The Therapy Of Spasticity For Stroke Patients

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment on warming yang calming the wind and resolving phlegm in acupuncture for the treatment of spasticity for stroke patients.so as to find an effective treatment of post-stroke patients with limb spasticity,and improve the medical treatment of post-stroke patients with limb spasticity with Chinese medicine.Methods:60 stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into the criterion group (n=30) and the routine group (n=30).Under the guidance of the criterion and routine treatment, patients of the criterion group were treated with the Hou Shi Hei San and patients of the routine group were treated with Zhong Feng Hui Chun Wan.After 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks, evaluating the result through international index such as clinical effection,muscular tension,neurological deficit,Fugl-Meyer and ADL.Results: After treatment,the criterion group was superior to the routine group in the improvement of clinical effection,muscular tension,Fugel-Meyer score,neurological deficit and Barthel index.Conclusion:It is effective and safe that the Hou Shi Hei San can make the high muscular tension lower,which will accelerate the disabled limbs'recovery and improve patients'motor function and self-care ability of daily life.
