Objective:This study is based on treating the governing law in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of four characteristics of herbs, choose the obvious bias of Gan Jiang, Dai Huang, explore Gan Jiang, Dai Huang role and the body physiological and biochemical changes in the relationship between the cold and heat in order to reflect drug influence and trends.Method:Select Gan Jiang, Dai Huang Chinese medicine herbs are clearly divided into two kinds of high and low doses, according to the clinical application of method of preparation of a single decoction gavage in normal rats to observe the general condition of normal rats, diet, metabolism will be two basic metabolism, independent activity, physiological and biochemical indicators of liver biochemical parameters, organ coefficient.Result:The treatment group of the toe temperature, blood glucose, blood, body weight, adrenal factor, thymus factor, kidney coefficient, rectal temperature and other test indicators in the more significant differences in medication, but in a different administration time differences in the performance of the different; ATP enzyme activity, T3 content, liver index, adrenal factor in the withdrawal two weeks when it showed significant differenceConclusion:Gan Jiang, Dai Huang with the normal physiological and biochemical changes in the body has a certain relevance to this study is feasible within the relationship, however, chills and fever should be a clear trend in the influence of drugs still need to increase the types of drug test.
