Objective: To explore the relation between human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA load and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).and to explore the application of liquid-based cytology test(CCT)and high-risk human papillomavirus test in cervical lesion diagnosing。Methods: The prospective study was carried out in which 906 women who received treatments in Xinjiang Autonomous region People's Hospital were recruited and conducted with CCT and HPV DNA semiquantitatively determined by hybrid capture 2 (HC2), then cervical biopsy was obtained under colposcopy and results of histopathologic tests were the final diagnoses According to HPV-DNA load, they fall into five groups: HPV<1, 1≤HPV≤100,1001 000。results:of the 906 patients,694 were identified to cervicitis,120 were identified to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,192 were identified to cervical cancer, among 3 group in their HPV-DNA dose, there are significant differences It was found that high risk HPV DNA load increased with aggravation of cervical diseases. Compared three groups, the collectivity distribution of HPV quantity were significantly different. When HPV DNA>100, the rate of diagnosing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was significantly higher than other groups; and HPV DNA>500, When HPV DNA>1, the masculine rate of diagnosing CINⅡ, CINⅢand SCC were significantly higher than HPV DNA<1 (P<0.05) Conclusions:The CCT as a way to screening cervical lesion exist false positive and negative。It was found that high risk HPV DNA load increased with aggravation of cervical diseases. HPV is objective index to screen cervical lesion and cervical canner and to detect patient's condition.
