| Objective: To compare high-frequency (frequency 100HZ, voltage of 3V, continuous wave), frequency (frequency 50HZ, voltage of 3V, continuous wave), low frequency (frequency 2HZ, voltage of 3V, continuous wave) electroacupuncture pretreatment on acute coronary artery ligation rabbit heart model of myocardial ischemic injury and effect of the protection mechanism for the clinical use and universal application of acupuncture treatment of ischemic heart disease and provide experimental evidence.Methods: According to Xu Shuyun other recommended method, by coronary artery ligation model of acute myocardial ischemia rabbits, to BL-420F biological function of experiment systemⅡECG and left ventricular pressure to 722 visible spectrophotometer serum LDH , CK, CK-MB , MDA, SOD content, and NBT staining of myocardial infarct measured were observed.Select 1.5 - 2.5kg healthy adult rabbits, with the BL-420F Biological Experimental SystemⅡECG was recorded, to remove abnormal electrocardiogram, EKG normal (male and female) were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, high, medium and low frequency electro-acupuncture group and model group, 10 in each group.High, medium and low frequency electro-acupuncture group were given acupuncture pretreatment 7 days, bilateral acupoints selected points within the customs, daily 8 am to 10 points between the acupuncture once per EA 40min, with Hua Tuo card 0.30×40mm needle, Rabbit in the light of the relevant acupoints "experimental acupuncture" points of Standard map, independent of electrode in the palm, connected G6805-Ⅱelectro-acupunctu re device, electro-acupuncture parameters: low frequency was 2Hz, IF Section 50Hz, high-frequency group 100Hz, voltages are 3V, continuous wave.
